I talked my mate into doing way less gear last year.. his first cycle he wanted 700mg test, 400mg tren, dbol, 50mg winstrol. He was gonna do it all day 1. I almost had a stroke. I eventually talked him down to 400mg test for the first 6 weeks then we could look at adding in something else. He had a manual labour 12 hour shift job so his carbs were at 500, protein 250 and fats made up the rest to about 5k cal. Home gym, so strength in the morning, assistance and hypertrophy evening. 6 meals a day, hitting calories day in day out. He actually got leaner and way more vascular. He went fro. 190 to 230 in about 16 weeks. I advised stopping at 10 but cause he never did anything else he wanted to keep going on the test. 9 months later or so he's at 220 and as lean as he was. Probably close to single digit at 42. Hasn't been back on yet. Elbow tendinitis due to the manual labour and lifting and he's not lifting the poundage he was on cycle, but still way stronger than before and much bigger. I'm not sure a load more gear would beat a post cycle gain of 30lbs of muscle, 40lb total over that time frame while getting leaner. I can totally believe Lees only on 300mg. He's a freak. I could also believe he's on more or something else too. But 300mg is entirely reasonable.
Only trouble is when on large doses, you cannot stay on it, then there is zero natural Test production, and no use training, as you just get fat and muscles shrink. One can maintain around 125mg test every 4-5 days with minimal side effects and reduces the lows of taking of taking shots every week, will keep test levels very high, but for life. The anabolic Doc on UA-cam will tell you that, and your mate. I halve up my dose of 250 mg, and have had some gains for 2 years now, with bloods always normal.
Get him to lower the tren as well. That's a lot . 400 . Say hi to high blood pressure. Watch the hemoglobin too, once you're blood gets thicker is trouble for the heart.

The top boys are hyper responders to gear. And have the genetic ability to grow and keep muscle mass. Lee is in this category. Doesn’t really matter how they train as long as they stimulate. They just grow. And fat come off fast. It’s not fair but it is what it is.

Also when he says about his milligram dosage for testosterone. I'm 41 years old and what you see in the thumbnails what you get. And my huge by any means no I'm not I'm like 205 pounds 5 ft 10 anywhere from 12 to 15% body fat year round. However 2 years ago getting from 170 back to this even though I was at 250 with my biggest in my twenties in the army. but when I got out I didn't work out for 8 years because of surgeries and everything else. Having said that. I did use 500 test and some anadrol to get back up to where I am well I got to like 215 pounds within 14 weeks. muscle memory and all that other good stuff. Having said that I currently take $150 175 mg of testosterone a week. And the young guys at the gym refuse to believe me. and I was young at one point too I thought more is better. If somebody looks better or they're bigger than they're using something I'm not or using more. It's just so hard to get through people's heads especially youngsters now for whatever reason they're on trend balloon the first freaking weekend they're in the gym. It makes no sense. I knew about it for probably about 15 years and I never took it. I had an old timer at the gym tell me it's not worth it unless you're doing a competition. That was always a testosterone guy once in a while I threw some orals in but generally just testosterone upwards of 750 mg thousand milligrams at one point short burst though and I still made it up to 250 lb but I started out at 170 well correction I joined the army 170 and I got the 190 naturally. I've never used more than just testosterone. I couldn't use Deca because I was The unlucky one deca dick like a mother f*****. However I was in that thought process more is better and yeah I just know afters 500 mg of test I feel like s***. And doing blood work and whatnot 175 mg of test gets my free test levels on blood around 950 sometimes a little over a thousand. Just depending when I did the lab. So when I hear people talk about they're using 250 for tests replacement. I'm like yeah but are you. No I'm not criticizing at all. Not at all. Who am I? I'd be like the pot calling the kettle black
Why do people want to use testosterone? Why the enhancements at a younger age? I never understood. I'm still relatively young and I refuse to take any enhancements. When I finally push 45+ then I'd probably do it but not at my current age. I'm only 5'9". Went hardcore on my diet and training for a year as natural, barely any supplements if any at all and I hit about 231lb at about 10% body fat. But man FUCK it burnt me out. Your diet has to be damn near perfect and 100% consistent especially as a natural.
Yeah it's amazing how many people don't realise how effective solid exersize diet and sleep is. Obviously when you're natural most people especially these days are gonna struggle to gain but if you put 400mgs in you per week you're levels are superhuman and your body is just gonna pile all that on. Fuel it with the blocks and the workers and see what it does with all that test flowing 24 7, permanently anabolic. When people say 200 for trt I laugh... that's upper end optimisation for athletic reasons. Replacement should put you at around 600 test tops imo. Where most people are about, because you were under 250 and you're replacing what should be there. In the mean time the average gym rat still wants to do 400 tren and 50mg of oral winstrol cause that's what gets you big. If you really finely shred cabbage give it a light sprinkle of salt and just bang it in a pan to just cooked I find it tastes just like a kebab. Stick some chiken breast in their and its a great substitute for something less healthy.

@@dumnbuger he's in the grey area between TRT and an actual cycle and it's completely sustainable for the majority of people. My "TRT" is a slightly lower dose then Lee, but I also have HCG. My test levels probably aren't too far off from his. It's definitely better then full natty, but not even remotely comparable to actually doing a blast of anything.

But believe me, nobody of the worlds best bodybuilders uses just 300mg of test while competing. (Excuse my english, i‘m german)

I cook my rice every Sunday. I make 750g of dry rice every sunday. Rice cookers own.
After one and a half days the rice sticks in the rice cooker and taste like ass. I don't know how you can eat rice for a week from a rice cooker.
@Re3iRtH I don't leave it in the rice cooker. I weigh it out and prep all my meals for the entire week. I promise you, my meals are delicious and my rice tastes as good on Saturday as it did the previous Sunday when I made it.
