Because in this conversation the female candidate used 'would have been' for future perfect continuous tense..
Both are same sometimes we use will & some time would "the ball is in your court" what you use

I am also a teacher and thinking of switching school. I am also a language teacher. I like everything in this video except the style of speaking of interviewer. He is speaking like he is acting. Why don't you be natural while speaking English? being natural sounds great rather than being dramatic.
