I have the Metis in empreinte noir. I love the canvas ones but I prefer the leather 😊
The bag may have been in a store on display. It should have been perfect! Especially for the amount of money you paid for it. I purchased the monogram version online and it came with the clear protector stickers and the strap was not attached. It was separate. I’ve had it since June and I still haven’t used it yet. Lol 😅 you need to watch Monsiour Ashley’s video on how to protect your vachetta. I followed it and I have no issues with my vachetta. I have the speedy b 25, Neverfull and noe.
I also have a kid and I love my monogram pieces. Don’t be scared of it. You’ll learn to love it more. 😊
I would take it back as soon as possible so they don’t think you used it. I had my PM in monogram delivered today and it had a big brown stain on the vachetta. I immediately took it to the store so they didn’t think I made the mark. So disappointing, I’m sorry they sent the bag to you like that 😣
Spend close to $3,000 on a bag to get one with stain. Where is LV quality control?

Take it back they will give you a brand new one... I hope you didn't wait and you took it back..
I stopped buying Chanel due to nasty sales staff attitudes and poor quality. I have not purchased LV for years now either. Returned items should be sold at a discount.
