Even LEBRON Had To Admire The GENIUS Of Nikola Jokic

Hold on, did you catch that? How in the world did Jokic see that Reeves is sneaking from behind?
Look at the impeccable timing by Nikola fooling Reeves and turning right to Porter all in one motion.
This was not by accident. He knew exactly what was going on the entire time.
This is one of the wildest things that I’ve seen Jokic do on the court, and last night against Lebron and the Lakers he did a lot more.
Look at the genius of Jokic giving the slightest head nod signaling to Holiday to cut.
This was just enough for only his teammate to notice it and nobody else, allowing for this spectacular assist. Amazing.
And if that wasn’t impressive enough, watch what happens here.
Good pick and roll execution, gets an inside position and stop it right there.
As he goes up for the shot, Nikola somehow processes in a split second that Davis stayed down low with him and Porter is open in the corner, so as we let it roll this is a one handed no look pass midway through his shot. Of course the pass is right on target and Porter splashes the 3.
And watch what happens in the clutch. On the drive by Murray, Lebron stunts at him leaving his man open. A mistake by James that Jokic notices. So now when he gets the ball, watch how Nikola looks behind trying to see if Lebron will go for it again.
And as he does it, Jokic just flips it to the cutting Watson for some easy 2 points at a time when it should be the most difficult for a team to score.
In fact, I’m impressed how Denver always seems to generate good looks in crunch time.
While teams struggle with their late game execution, things almost look easy for the Nuggets, and that was the case in this game as well.
With 24 points, 13 rebounds and 9 assists Jokic was everywhere on the court. And watch him fight off 4 Lakers guys here to secure the rebound and get 2 free throws in the 4th quarter.
Admittedly it wasn’t just him, as Denver had 3 guys scoring more than 20 points, which of course was too much for the Lakers to handle in this matchup.
Another frustrating game for LA fans who are now even more bitter that Rob Pelinka did absolutely nothing at the trade deadline.
Speaking of that, last night we got some moves that could shift the balance of power in the NBA, and I broke down all the significant trades right here in this video so you gotta check it out. Talk to you in the next one. Peace out.

Because they do almost all of this instinctively and not pre-planned that makes them impossible to predict, they have an answer for everything you throw at them so all you can do is play hard defense and hope they have an off-day. furthermore they both don't do unnecessary flashy moves and just play simple but effective, destroying their opponents with fundamentals, very different in stature and background but both of them are purists when it comes to their sports and probably have minds that work similarly in that regard.

Astral projection is a term used in esotericism to describe an intentional out-of-body experience that assumes the existence of a subtle body, known as the astral body or body of light, through which consciousness can function separately from the physical body and travel throughout the astral plane. The idea of astral travel is ancient and occurs in multiple cultures. The term "astral projection" was coined and promoted by 19th-century Theosophists. Real common in Serbia, Yugoslavia etc. areas of the Globe. Among Adepts Somber is well known centre of this practice.

I wonder if Murray didn’t give him a sign of what was happening. They were having eye contact and Murray raised his left hand slightly, just before Reaves reached for the ball.
You might think it’s nonsense but these guys train with each other every day and are professional athletes. Surely they must have talked about what to do if someone is sneaking up from behind.
There’s no doubt Jokic is a basketball genius. But I think there is actually high level teamwork going on there too.

Jokic was smart enough at the end of the game to see that the L.A. Fakers would mug him every time he got the ball and the refs were going to give the Fakers some home cooking and not call the fouls. So he let them come off their man and attack him before passing to the open man. Thankfully the open men made the shots to beat Uncle Drew, Streetclothes and the L.A. Fakers..
