There really was no one else like Berwald at his time.
A fantastic work! Berwald was such an original composer. Hard to believe that he did’nt get the recognition as a composer as he deserved during his lifetime.
Am I the only one who hears some thing of sibelius’s orchestration and harmony in places? Especially his more neoclassical stuff like the 3rd symphony

I just got an email for 2nd violin. Only three rehearsals a concert trying find out what it's all about. Lol
How did the concert go?
@@erika6651 for a community orchestraz it actually fairly well. The last movement had some issues, the average audience didn't notice.
