"You're the home beneath the ruin..." Poetry.
For me, "Stalker" perfectly summarizes two of my characters.
Especially if you read it as a conversation between two screwed up individuals.
This is more than beautiful. The amount of emotions put into this is just... can't describe it

Chills. The soundtrack to gothic tragedy, wild west, & epic romance novels adapted to screen. Sad that such brilliance isn't more celebrated. This man needs so much more credit. This whole album is amazing.

Love this song so very much. After the last few IAMX albums, while great, left me a little wanting, Metanoia suddenly popped out in front of me out of nowhere and became probably my favorite IAMX album :D it gives me the vibes that his first 3 did.

There's so much that is so fantastic about this song. I love Janine's singing in this song, it's her finest contribution to IAMX IMO. I absolutely love the piano throughout, but it's extra special in the last minute. While I love this song so much it's difficult to crticise but I just wish there were different lyrics. I know IAMX loves the kink and the dirt and likes to go there as much as possible, but I just find it difficult when this music is so beautiful in so many aspects and then we're getting lines about perversion, mockery and failure. I just wish there was a different version of this song that went totally towards the light rather than dipping down to the sex club.
Still love this song, one of my very favourite songs from Chris, just wish the song took a few different paths.
And why do you feel that sex is not "towards the light"? Why does the mention of perversion make the song lesser to you?
