I wish I could agree that is the worst part. The worst part is we as the public can't do anything about it. They are not easily removed from their positions or cases. Watching them slowly dismantling laws that took decades and in some cases centuries, is just so frustrating and heartbreaking. It may take a long time to get the same laws, through different rulings back. They are making a mockery of the law.
Why is the chief judge in Cannon’s Court not able to order certain things? Remove her from the case sua sponte? Order her to use the magistrate judge to move her case along to help with court congestion which is a Court wide concern?
In the Cannon case, why do the 11 circuit judges have to wait for Smith to make a motion to reassign her? Can't the 11th circuit take her action/inaction as reason enough to affirm that she is not doing her job by denying the public the timely outcome in this case?
Now that Merchan has loosened gag order restrictions, Trump doesn't have that as an "out" on the debate ... wonder what excuse he'll come up with to drop out?

Question: isn't Cannon wading into areas (eg how much & where $$$ Jack Smith pay) that ARE NONE OF HER BUSINESS something that can be taken to the 11th Circuit to get her removed?
I hope all the other judges around Cannon shun her for as long as she is employed in the judicial system anywhere in the USA. That's fair. 🙏
