Dude, this song is *SO GOOD!* Even better than Sail Away! It also gives me a feeling of some song remixes TFR made before releasing his own music. This one reminds me of his remix of "Somebody That I Used To Know" by Gotye, mostly the autotuned muffled vocals at the end. I don't know why does TFR cancels so many awesome songs like this one...
Btw, can you also post another of his unreleased songs, "Kawaii Side Of Life", pls? I've listened to this song as well and it definitely really good too. Very "kawaii" (cute), as the title says.

I hope there's still a possibility for this to be released in the future either on the same album of the Story or its own. Probably it would come with a new beat, changed on singer's voice. I like the omnichord like music at the last half.
All's I can do is wonder, along with the rest of y'all, why Chris didn't like this song. Its beautiful. I love how it starts off so hopeful. I love how, after the first drop, at about 2:07, there's a chord change at "blindfold on" that's a bit apprehensive. And then that bass fall at 2:21... That _must_ be when Eden looks into the Kassian telescope. That whole verse is just viscerally tragic - the shift from "we" and "soon" to "I" and "now". And the tension as "I drown" is repeated is just - Mmph! Just _mmph!_ Ya know? MMPH! Hopefully Chris will release a slightly more polished version of this song as a single in the future. It deserves to be appreciated. Its beautiful. Heck, now that chapter five is out, this would still make sense as an "alternate" chapter four. A chapter four-and-a-half of sorts! Maybe a bit of community encouragement could do some good?....
I heard the sneak preview the other day and literally started finishing it myself because I needed it so badly So yeah, uh, if there's an instrumental/acapella out there somewhere, I would very much like to turn my project into a remix
