This Psalms is one of my favorites and David is my favorite bible character. We were made to Praise and Worship the Lord so of course that's why David came up with this particular psalm.

I am an ELCA Lutheran from South Carolina. Today (December 13), portions of Psalm 103 was the basis for our Sunday School Lesson of the Day. It was entitled "Love and Worship God." The hymn, "God Loved the World," from Gesangbuch, Bollhagen 1791 and translated by August Crull (1846-1923) is a good hymn to compliment this Scripture, regardless of denomination.
