I know that Kid Icarus Uprising's controls are kinda unusual to get used to but once you did I found they perfectly suited being able to precisely aim while still being able to spin fast, which was quite necessary for such a fast-moving game. I can't imagine a dual-stick controls only release working without some major balance changes to the game causing it to feel overall very different.

for robin, the down air with the el sword has a small chance to send up making robin combos dumb, also arc fire gets thrown on sheilds making it the perfect sheild pressure

tip for jigglypuff final smash, go uner the stange and then use jiggs finals smash, not only will u kill everything and everyone on stage unless they have more than 2 jumps, you also recover from going under the stange, thats the real reason y jiggs is High teir.
