Korrö festivalen Sweden 2019

Korrö Folk Music Festival is organized by Musik i Syd.
It all started on a very small scale on a rainy weekend at the end of July 1985. The folk music group Sågskära gathered some musicians and friends for a party with the drone music in the center. In the following years, this little party grew and visitors began to appear from all over Europe. In the mid-90s, the meeting turned into a pure folk music festival and in recent years the festival has developed into one of Sweden's largest and most talked about folk music events! Nowhere else in Sweden do you have access to the breadth of Swedish and Nordic folk music offered on Korrö. At the same time, the festival has retained its original atmosphere of intimacy and closeness. ”
