The Crossman 1377 is very accurate and deadly on small game out to 30 yds. I've taken many rabbits with it, it's a classic.
Were they attacking your garden?
There's a few upgrades available for it that are an absolute must to get it more powerful.
The one we usually get in the UK is the Canadian 1377c. It has a valve with a bleed hole to keep the power closer to 3-4 ft pounds.
But this can be rectified if you want it closer to the UK legal air pistol limit of 6 ft pounds.
You can tap the hole and fit a small grub screw with the addition of loctite. You should then get around 5 ft pounds on 10 pumps. Or you can buy the American valve.
Best Home defense answer...a Sharp Dart woks fine
These darts should only be shot out of a smoothbore air gun.
I love this channel
I actually forgot about this pistol there fantastic and you can pop a rat catcher stock on there and a red dot and you got a beast of a short range ratter
Can you put a LASER POINTER on this?
Yes
From where we can buy the gun?
I once saw a dart gun for £20 and it also shot corks. I then proceeded to not buy it.
i have one of those ,but it is jammed :(
Are those darts inaccurate or do you shoot that horribly with pellets as well?
its a not easy to shoot with that Crossman airpistol(forgot the name) and not modifying it.
Megasheep0 I have one and it's pretty accurate, I've shot possums, rats and rabbits with it and you have to get head shots on them.
M Dubzem I dont doubt the accuracy of it. But shooting that crossman in a pistol configuration.
+M Dubzem i saw them jerk the trigger on every shot i have tried it in a daisy 880
had to disassemble to load dart then tried muzzle loading with cleaning rod had very good accuracy
First, not a dartboard. Second, he does not want us to see him loading the darts. Third he will ruin the rifling of that Crosman
Would the darts be difficult to load in this pistol? If the barrel is rifled and the darts are steel it doesn't seem wise to shoot them although presumably they are undersized. I've heard people say you shouldn't shoot steel BBs through a rifled barrel either but the advice from some manufacturers is contradictory (eg Daisy about their model 880). It doesn't seem worth risking damage to the rifling, many barrels are choked too.
No it not accuate the rear site is peach of crape will need steal breach with the real rear sight
Crappy darts, landed sideways almost. Also, you ruin the rifling of your gun.😢
My hand plus rock is more accurate than this lol
@.50 can we have a bit less of the less of the lets film from 2 inches and really irritate peoples' eyes. This isn't the bbc.
