You had mentioned about suggestions for topics - for those planning to retire early and take pension or retire and return would be interested in information on the timing of this particularly for GPs. If an active member and you retire and take pension in March will you miss up on all the pension uplift that you would have got by being deferred from the previous April ?
Also timing in relation to actual date of birthday in the month and relation to first Monday after 5th April

I have a question about a loophole regarding extra stamp duty. If someone with an existing property were to draft up a prenup before marriage to a first-time-buyer stating that their own home will never belong in their first-time-buyer-spouse's name and is theirs exclusively,
then is the spouse able to keep their first-time-buyer's stamp duty % when buying solo instead of the higher second home stamp duty?

Does a boat count as the chattel that is exempt from cgt? Or as your primary residence? If its your only primary residence?

i didnt get the bit where you said you have to pay by April 1. But it seems any CGT needs to be paid in either 30 days or 60 days after receiving the money it said on HMRC?
