Northeastern University portal requires you to fill 3 sections of educational background like matriculation, intermediate and BS information. Is it necessary to upload the matriculation and intermediate degree certificates on the University portal and CSC portal? Can I upload the notarized copies or without notarized?
@@hamzadgk-h2d Yeah, you need to upload all education degrees and transcripts and also need to notarize from notary public. It will help university to understand your academic qualification and authenticity of documents.

As you are staying in China, try to contact with international office to get an acceptance letter which will be helpful for application and prepare all documents properly.
