I just want to say that I’m sorry if the voiceover is terrible or annoying, I have a speech impediment and I’m very nervous when I speak to other people or even just recording myself so I really struggled with this video. If it gets to be too distracting and you’d rather just have the text, I will re-upload the video without my voice.
I agree, but it’s so tiring when I just wanna make a quick video without animation, and if I want a specific pose I have to make it 😭 I just want static poses to be outttt 😭
One thing I like in GL2 is that when you adjust and change a pose it doesn’t move it goes with the pose but in gacha club when you adjust a good bit and change the pose it moves
It does for some things. I used something from the capes to add stars to my character’s hair and when I change poses I have to adjust it again, same with some other things, but for the most part they don’t move weirdly
*STOP* being insecure about your voice, *almost* every person felt this. You’re actually doing a great job, just do it more often and you’ll get used to it!!

I honestly prefer no colour restrictions since even though there are Gacha heaters, having colour restrictions makes it incredibly hard for me to give characters clothes that have a similar colour to their skin. like if I want a character to have brown clothes or beige cloths etc
they still have blushes! but it’s in face accessories. I recommend using those and maybe like the under eye circles and just re coloring them to make them a blush color! it looks better that way, and it looks a bit more smooth and natural! it was confusing since they didn’t just have like the blush option, but it’s in face acc! I don’t remember the exact number, but I know it’s towards the end! hope this helped :D

luni got rid of portrait and landscape because of the bugs it was getting, if you dont have lock screen on, you're able to flip your phone sideways, and the app will go into landscape mode !! thanks for showing this !! this will definetly help out with my character making
For the Portrait and Landscape mode, you can just rotate your device whatever way you like and the screen will move to that size! And if it’s not working, then just turn off the Rotation Lock on your device and it should work! (I am very bad that explaining but hope it helps)

Hey Yvaine! I love the tutorial and it helps me but there is something I need a tutorial, I saw an oc where the back hair was in the front and I was confused on how to do that, for example Sky, The duchess of the sky who has an angel crying in her mind(from the gacha fashion, she's the #1 place) I was amazed by the works and I want to try it too but then I realized that(once again) the Back hair was on the front, so if you know how to do that, can I have a tutorial? It's ok if you don't know or don't want to make a tutorial I'm not forcing (I don't force)
There is no way to make the back hair in the front but you can find a front hair that looks similar and adjust it so it’s very big to look like the back hair
ive been using gacha club for my WHOLE LIFE and i hated it when i created a character who had a nice green and brown colour pallet BUT WHEN IT CAME TO THE CLOTHES I COULDNT USE ANY CUTE AND STYLISH BROWNS because people kept making their characters do the yoohoo 😢 currently switching over to gacha life 2 and it all seems so confusing and different, not as straightforward as the other games, so this has REALLLY helped me understand how to use the game (Im so excited for how theres no restrictions with the clothes because i can finally have more colourful and creative characters!!!!)
@@abracadabra-77-bunny I’m also happy about the non color restrictions because it means you can use colors you’d like. They limited colors that weren’t that close to the skin color and it would be so frustrating especially if you were trying to make an animal or something and you couldn’t make a brown dog or something. 3:53 i like that there is no color restrictions mainly because when i tried to make a baige school uniform (not even close to skin color of my oc) in gacha club it wouldn't let me. like a green uniform isnt realistic. also when a guy is at a beach or getting out of bed in the morning the rarely have shirts. or at least thats what ive seen the most. i know i would just use it for semi realism. i swear to god i someone makes heat with it an take gets th freedoms taken away for everyone im going to cry.

I've accidentally moved my character out of the frame. I'm having a really hard time getting it back. Can you help me if you know how to reset the pose in studio it would be really helpful :)
If you’re on IOS, when you first get into the game and you’re taken to the Home Screen look under the character and it will show buttons that say HOME | STUDIO | GACHA | LIFE. I’m not sure about Android unfortunately I’ve been told it’s not the same. I can ask my sister who has an android device and see where it is there

@queenal5940 You’re welcome, I hope this works for you!! By the way you should resize it to be small for both length and height. I noticed if you move the character if you only make it small one way, the body parts show as a thin little sliver otherwise. So make sure to do that

I wish it did but sadly it hasn’t been added yet. I would look up oc sheet Gacha life 2 pose and use the pose code people give out. It lets you screenshot the pose that has the limbs separate, you’d just have to separate anything else you’d need
I don’t think you can add them yourself but what you can try is copying the character and then removing all but the arms and then going to the studio and moving the character that’s only the arms over the normal oc. To remove everything just go to adjust each part by making to smaller until it dissapears

Hey Yvaine! I love the tutorial and it helps me but there is something I need a tutorial, I saw an oc where the back hair was in the front and I was confused on how to do that, for example Sky, The duchess of the sky who has an angel crying in her mind(from the gacha fashion, she's the #1 place) I was amazed by the works and I want to try it too but then I realized that(once again) the Back hair was on the front, so if you know how to do that, can I have a tutorial? It's ok if you don't know or don't want to make a tutorial I'm not forcing (I don't force)
There is no way to make the back hair in the front but you can find a front hair that looks similar and adjust it so it’s very big to look like the back hair
ive been using gacha club for my WHOLE LIFE and i hated it when i created a character who had a nice green and brown colour pallet BUT WHEN IT CAME TO THE CLOTHES I COULDNT USE ANY CUTE AND STYLISH BROWNS because people kept making their characters do the yoohoo 😢 currently switching over to gacha life 2 and it all seems so confusing and different, not as straightforward as the other games, so this has REALLLY helped me understand how to use the game (Im so excited for how theres no restrictions with the clothes because i can finally have more colourful and creative characters!!!!)
@@abracadabra-77-bunny I’m also happy about the non color restrictions because it means you can use colors you’d like. They limited colors that weren’t that close to the skin color and it would be so frustrating especially if you were trying to make an animal or something and you couldn’t make a brown dog or something. this is so helpful istg i was struggling to use the app despite playing gacha studio years ago💀 anyways i wanted to ask if theres any way for the adjustment for the other* piece(like the left eye highlight) to sync with the adjusment of the right eye highlight? i find it a nuisance to trying to match them manually and sometimes it ends up looking bigger than the other-

If you want to remove the outline around the eyes, choose the third color option and change the opacity to 0% It’s shown in the video at 3:33

i like that there is no color restrictions mainly because when i tried to make a baige school uniform (not even close to skin color of my oc) in gacha club it wouldn't let me. like a green uniform isnt realistic. also when a guy is at a beach or getting out of bed in the morning the rarely have shirts. or at least thats what ive seen the most. i know i would just use it for semi realism.
i swear to god i someone makes heat with it an take gets th freedoms taken away for everyone im going to cry.

If you’re on IOS, when you first get into the game and you’re taken to the Home Screen look under the character and it will show buttons that say HOME | STUDIO | GACHA | LIFE. I’m not sure about Android unfortunately I’ve been told it’s not the same. I can ask my sister who has an android device and see where it is there

Sure, I can make a video with sitting poses. Also, I don’t think you can color each part separately, maybe that will be a feature added later?
I'm trying to make a floating head OC for a video, I know you can hide body parts, but is there anyway to hide the clothes so that way its just a floating head?
The only way I know is the individually make each body part smaller until they all dissapears except the head

@queenal5940 You’re welcome, I hope this works for you!! By the way you should resize it to be small for both length and height. I noticed if you move the character if you only make it small one way, the body parts show as a thin little sliver otherwise. So make sure to do that

Hello I was wondering if like gacha life and gacha club both had the option to map where the body parts go different places do gacha life 2 has that option? So it's can helps more with the edits
I wish it did but sadly it hasn’t been added yet. I would look up oc sheet Gacha life 2 pose and use the pose code people give out. It lets you screenshot the pose that has the limbs separate, you’d just have to separate anything else you’d need

I don’t think you can add them yourself but what you can try is copying the character and then removing all but the arms and then going to the studio and moving the character that’s only the arms over the normal oc. To remove everything just go to adjust each part by making to smaller until it dissapears

This is really great since gacha life 2 is super hard to do because it's kind of overwhelming cause it's so many things you can do and sometimes it's very hard to make a nice character!!
It was really hard to get used to at first, but the longer you play, the easier it gets!
