Glorious setting for a parkrun, Andy. The green, manicured lawns against the autumn colored backdrop create a beautiful scene! Great job and please take care of your calves. Thanks for sharing.
@@RunFreeandStrong Hi Reto, thanks for watching, yes, a beautiful park in Autumn, one of my favourite seasons (with Spring😊). You’ll have to come over one day and experience one of these😀My calf was aok on last nights run🙏
Superb video Andy and something for me rewatch in future to remind me of that day. What a stunning morning it was! Thanks for the mention and great to chat to you afterwards. Look forward to going through your other videos now - Scott
@@cen2s2s Thanks Scott, we had a special day at Centre Vale for sure😊I love meeting people and hearing their stories, appreciate your support and interest in the channel😊I did better today, video of Nova Prestatyn out next Thursday at 3pm✅
Thanks Jacob, it's great to hear that you enjoy them, it takes quite a few hours to piece them all together after filming. If you haven't subscribed, please consider doing so and if you have, many thanks!
Hi Jenny, thanks, and I hope I can go sub-30 if I improve my running fitness, I'd like to go back. The video doesn't completely capture it all, but that one dog, its bark was so loud, the RD couldn't be heard and it set off the other dogs too, but it did stop after it started running:)
Good grief, Andy. Can't believe you've got calf issues again this week. The +11 performance condition was a good start at least... Lovely park. You don't see many that nice and well kept.
Hi Mark, thanks for watching, I was just saying to Matt, I think it might even be MHM related because a 4.5K run last night was fine and it was progressive:) I have uncovered so many lovely parks on my Tourist quest, it's been a real eye opener:)
I love this one. I actually did my 100th here when they did their 100th (there was cake of course). It's one of my favourite parkruns and not far from home too. Something to think about around March is the Tod 10k which starts in the park but then has you climb the hill behind it for about 2 miles. The last 3 are practically all down hill with very stunning views.
Hi Craig, it's great place and I think I'll return to try and go sub-30 as I increase my training mileage. I've seen that video of yours, that's the one where poor Mandy is suffering with the climbs (which are tough!). I'm not a big fan of hilly courses tbh, but I could be tempted, is that all on road/path or is it a trail race? Thanks for your support as always :)
@AndyCliffMTB No the 10k is a road race. I actually recorded it last year it's the first half of this video ua-cam.com/video/rcBZK-cY2Pk/v-deo.html I'll be doing it again to redeem myself lol
@@TheRunningWhale Hi Craig, now you mention it, I seem to recall a video of yours for this race some time ago, did it finish in a field? I think it was hilly😬I will check out the link later:)
@@AndyCliffMTB Yeah the video was two 10k's and the second one finished in Vic park on the field. The Todmorden one ends back in the centre of the park. Tough but good fun
Try to look at the positives, you managed to knock 7 minutes off last week which is a good improvement. Keep up with the recovery and S&C work and I'm sure the progress will come soon. I'll keep fingers crossed for a speedy recovery for you.
Hi Matt, thanks for watching, yes I suppose I should be pleased and I did a run last night with no calf issues (I wonder if it's MHM related, you never know). I would like to return to this one and go sub-30 and hopefully better, it'll come with more training volume I reckon:)

Woooshk, beautiful opening shots and a lovely parkrun!
@@IRunDaily Thanks Ian, appreciate you watching, glad you enjoyed it😊
Well done, still a decent time. Looks a beautiful place. Sounds like the dog stopped barking ! 😂
