i’m not a professional tuner lol a simple youtube tutorial can show you how to do this

Sounds good I keep mine tune off cause of cops but careful not to blow ur engine cause you changed the ignition timing while it’s in vtec I would usually keep mine from 3k rpm-5krpm but your car your choice but it sounds good

I have a tuned FB6 2013 with just intake and 3" catback.If you are running HondataFP, would be a great idea to get the app and monitor for knocks when you drive.I dont have a pop tune,sounds good though.Good luck.

ran a pop tune on my fg4 for over a year no issues, the pops n bangs did get quiter after
i noticed that too they got quieter! but i’ve since changed tunes so no more pops and bangs

Did you do this with the exhaust being the only mod bro? I have a down pipe and exhaust and I want to do this pop tune. Can I still do it without a cold air intake

So genuine question. I'm looking for a hondata for my 9th gen. Will I be able to pass emissions with it?
If I were to RBC swap, down-pipe, bigger throttle body, etc. The car would have to run with a tune of course, otherwise stock tune it won't run right. But if I take it for emissions with the hondata will I have to re-flash to stock? And what if my car runs terribly then?
So yes pretty much you’ll fail emissions with a tune and, only way you can pass is if you take off all those supporting mods and reflash the car to stock then you can pass
@@dc5diego Got recommended this video again checked it out again lol. Update on my 9th gen, got flashpro with skunk2 catless DP with defouler that works so it doens't throw a CEL, and yonaka catback with SRI. Skunk2 intake, and RBC will be coming soon. I wonder if I could currently pass emissions since I don't have any emissions checks disabled and no CEL, but even then I found out I can just register my car out of town and no even worry about emissions lmao.

car is good!! i’m sure if i kept the tune on for a another year i would eventually see some wear and tear from the tune but all is good
