I'm pretty sure the Lion King (aka Rhongonomyd Godess) can take both Morgan AND Vortgern by herself. Not only I noticed Morgan is a tad weaker while playing the LB. I also noticed Morgan is WAY less ruthless and make unnecessary decisions that only weakened her, unlike the Lion King that required an actual stronger mystic to defeat and had a stronger mindstate (tho her knights were on the verge of self destruction). Not sure about the others expect Draco and counterforce Majin. And off course the canon is that Artoria Avalon did beat morgan.
She clearly isn't weaker than her; LB kings kept getting stronger with each LB, and the Lion King was just comparable to Surtr, and Morgan is stronger than Zeus.

Imma say some of them. The only ones I can even personally think to even "beat" Lostbelt Morgan is the Servant verse Saber faces. MHX MHXX MHX Alter. Not Ecchan though, I don't think she can do it. Okita and Okita Alter is a maybe if we consider how their NPs work and Morgan doesn't overwhelm them with clones. Base Nero, MAYBE if Imperial Privilege kicks in. Saber Venus and Beast Nero is a obvious YES. Goddess Rhongomyniad MIGHT actually be the closest one that could do it if you think the Water Mirror cannot reflect the Lion King's Rhongomyniad, though I doubt it since it's a battle of one rhongomyniad vs TWELVE but she does have immense power and speed and I know that if Bedivere failed, she'd wipe the slate of the world clean.

Most of the servants are planetary at the bare minimum with a lot of its top contenders being able to push into Hyperversal and Outerversal without a problem. What's even crazier is that's what they can traditionally do given their forms at BASE value, so it really depends on how YOU the reader interpret their showings.

Ya I can definitely see S Venus winning just by the nature of how The Moon Cell works. It is a simulation of every servant in every situation imaginable with every notable master imaginable. By the time that story takes place it is only the strongest servants left. Altera still decimates pretty much everyone for more than half the story because she is basically considered by this point to be the Strongest Servant. Basically employed by the Moon Cell to destroy everyone. So before we even get to S Venus Altera is probably somewhat close to their power from the start. Then they get empowered by The Umbral Star on top of this which is beyond god level. Just to lose to S Venus anyway. Hard to see anyone beating that when being vastly stronger than her doesn't even matter. xD In Hindsight it was kind of a lie that Altera was the strongest, but FGO wasn't that far into their story when these games were going on. So the story kinda goes by she was the strongest at the time kind of thing. Rather than absolute since they replace the power scaling every new release anyway.

@@ilhanovic5219 Yes, in fate route, Avalon when properly activated by saber protects the user from everything even the five magic itself. In this route, saber practically runs through EA anti planetary beam when she activates it. Basically, Morgan could shoot all 12 rhomgomyniads at her and they will pass right through saber with avalon activated.
The problem with Avalon is that Saber can't move whilst its active, its a fixed location bounded field. And it uses a lotta mana. It does protect you from litterally everything including True Magics themselves and Defence up to the 6th Dimension. She still loses to Morgan because her defense might be the highest in franchise, but Excalibur would be not that effective against Morgan as The Holy Sword Code scales damage versus their Threat To Human Order which in LB6 is actually not that bad. When compared to Oberon, Goetia, etc its not going to offset 12 Rhongomyniads which are gonna blast her the moment she drops Avalon. If you are gonna say well she did win against Gil (which isnt even his ego in the way cause he immediately uses Ea). She had to wait for him to use Ea, then use Excalibur to offset enough space to get close to him, then use Avalon and wait for Ea be blocked, then discard her armour, then charge him and fire an Excalibur. She only won that fight because she was in sprinting distance to Gil himself. We learned from that fight that Ea has a cooldown where itself keeps spinning for a little while after activation and cannot be reactivated. If he had used his Eyes/Clairvoyance he coulda known about Avalon and sat flying above her but not really his fault to himk she would get The Ultimate Defense.
I think while morgan would win normaly against artoria But then you said you were using artoria at her best which would mean no seals on excalibur which mind you could one shot sefar a being that is stronger then cernonus which morgan didnt think she could beat and also sefar was so strong that lostbelt Zeus had to take the authority of the other olympians Just to bring sefar to a stalemate then you give avalon too yeah its not a fight because morgan can't harm due to avalon and she cant really overpower her either (and yes you can argue oh morgan has 12 rhongomyniads but the only feat they really have destroying the greek lostbelt which is not as good a feat as beating sefar and if you doudt that artoria can beat sefar look at fate extella there she beats sefar though she was weakend But if excalibur beat it once then she can do it again just my thoughts on why I think fullpower artoria vs LB morgan isnt fair for LB morgan if I got some info wrong feel free to correct me and please dont mad tsiah or anyone who read this comment was just giving my opinion have nice day❤

By the time that story takes place it is only the strongest servants left. Altera still decimates pretty much everyone for more than half the story because she is basically considered by this point to be the Strongest Servant. Basically employed by the Moon Cell to destroy everyone.
So before we even get to S Venus Altera is probably somewhat close to their power from the start. Then they get empowered by The Umbral Star on top of this which is beyond god level. Just to lose to S Venus anyway. Hard to see anyone beating that when being vastly stronger than her doesn't even matter. xD
In Hindsight it was kind of a lie that Altera was the strongest, but FGO wasn't that far into their story when these games were going on. So the story kinda goes by she was the strongest at the time kind of thing. Rather than absolute since they replace the power scaling every new release anyway.

@@ilhanovic5219 Yes, in fate route, Avalon when properly activated by saber protects the user from everything even the five magic itself. In this route, saber practically runs through EA anti planetary beam when she activates it. Basically, Morgan could shoot all 12 rhomgomyniads at her and they will pass right through saber with avalon activated.
The problem with Avalon is that Saber can't move whilst its active, its a fixed location bounded field. And it uses a lotta mana. It does protect you from litterally everything including True Magics themselves and Defence up to the 6th Dimension. She still loses to Morgan because her defense might be the highest in franchise, but Excalibur would be not that effective against Morgan as The Holy Sword Code scales damage versus their Threat To Human Order which in LB6 is actually not that bad. When compared to Oberon, Goetia, etc its not going to offset 12 Rhongomyniads which are gonna blast her the moment she drops Avalon.
If you are gonna say well she did win against Gil (which isnt even his ego in the way cause he immediately uses Ea). She had to wait for him to use Ea, then use Excalibur to offset enough space to get close to him, then use Avalon and wait for Ea be blocked, then discard her armour, then charge him and fire an Excalibur.
She only won that fight because she was in sprinting distance to Gil himself. We learned from that fight that Ea has a cooldown where itself keeps spinning for a little while after activation and cannot be reactivated. If he had used his Eyes/Clairvoyance he coulda known about Avalon and sat flying above her but not really his fault to himk she would get The Ultimate Defense.
But is she better than Gil though.

But then you said you were using artoria at her best which would mean no seals on excalibur which mind you could one shot sefar a being that is stronger then cernonus which morgan didnt think she could beat and also sefar was so strong that lostbelt Zeus had to take the authority of the other olympians
Just to bring sefar to a stalemate then you give avalon too yeah its not a fight
because morgan can't harm due to avalon and she cant really overpower her either
(and yes you can argue oh morgan has 12 rhongomyniads but the only feat they really have destroying the greek lostbelt which is not as good a feat as beating sefar and if you doudt that artoria can beat sefar look at fate extella there she beats sefar though she was weakend
But if excalibur beat it once then she can do it again just my thoughts on why I think fullpower artoria vs LB morgan isnt fair for LB morgan

What if you let OG Artoria have access to fully unsealed Excalibur in addition to Avalon for the battle?
Then Artoria wins. She is just a genderbent Proto Arthur from when he beats up Whore of Babylon and 666 but also comes with Avalon’s defense as a bonus.
