Saw this in theaters and really dug it. Would've 100% told my friends to go check it out but it was only playing in a theater like an hour and 45 mins away. Don't know why you guys didn't give it a real release
@ it’s Clint. Nicholas Hoult isn’t a huge name but people like him, it’s a very tense legal drama/thriller. It’s entertaining. I wouldn’t expect Oppenheimer numbers but I think it would do really well with a full release and marketing push. I have a movie nerd friend that didn’t even hear about it until I mentioned it yesterday and when I described the premise she was immediately on board. Wtf is WB smoking
Unfortunately the theater is no longer an option due to the amount of people who feel it is ok to check their phones throughout the film, shining their distracting lights. Going to the theater is not enjoyable anymore.
Clint Eastwood is indeed a legendary actor and director. And everything about the film is looking brilliant, great acting, interesting and suspenseful story.
Another nail in the coffin for cinemas realises as another film ends up on streaming what happened to go and see a film on the biggest screen you can find
This is going to be at a theater near me this weekend, and I will be going to see this with my mom since I’ve been talking about this possibly being Clint Eastwood’s last film!
The movie came out 2 weeks ago in France et was a success (1 million tickets sold). A very solid flick made by a legend, a shame that Warner throwing on Max like that... Worst studio...
I wish it played in theatres in Canada..was looking forward to going to see it yet was not briadcast anywhere that I know of…no wonder why the movie theater businesses are going bust. I saw a post on social media whereas suppsoedly Clint Eastwood stated that “Hollywood is morally bankrupt” I wonder how he feels about his flick doind straight sto streaming because in my books that is hollywood movie market is heading to moral receivership sooner than later and what pisses me off the most is that hollywood needs more Clint Eastwoods to restore what used to be something good
I wish it played in theatres in Canada..was looking forward to going to see it yet was not broadsact anywhere that I know of…no wonder why the movie theater businesses are going bust
Yeah. It only played in Vancouver and Toronto from what I seen. I was lucky enough to see it in Vancouver. WB really f-ed up not promoting this film or giving it a wider release. Original film, great cast.
This looks quite good. Why don't people go to the movies anymore? Well... price is first. Paying extra for a less clean, less comfortable place to sit, surrounded by sometimes noisy, sometimes smelly, usually inconsiderate strangers to watch a movie you can't pause when you've got to pee while also paying 10-20 times what a soda and snack are worth. Where do I sign up?! But... Also... we get garbage movies sent to theaters and good ones straight to streaming. Of course, the good ones are still rare on streaming, and the price of streaming keeps going up with nothing to justify the cost. Which is why I don't have Max anymore. So, who knows when I will see this good looking movie... NOT December 20th, that's for sure.
GIVE THIS FILM A PROPER THEATRICAL RELEASE! Have some respect for Clint Eastwood who has made your studio billions.
It's a disgusting dishonor that you didn't get this superb film a wide release. Best film of WB all year.

I'm surprised they didn't give it full press to push for cinema audience, with Clint as a director i thought it would sell it big time

Great film to see in the theatres. Shame its been rushed to streaming. I really enjoyed it on the big screen.

Why are you calling this a max original it was just in theaters where you guys didn’t promote it at all
That’s how distribution deals work, and since WB owns HBO they can do whatever they want
It’s like when Netflix releases their movies in theaters a week before launchng on the service… get with times bum
@@Blahhhhhh156yeah but that when the first trailer drops. Unlike with this one the first trailer said in theatre’s.
@@viciousbane569 with sheeps like him they can do whatever they want, they can write directed by hbo max and he will defend it for free.
Because it is max original. They played in limited theaters just because it can be eligible for awards nomination

God, this looks outstanding.
Glad to see this on streaming. Not really a movie that needs to be seen in theaters in 2024.
If you’ve seen this trailer, you’ve seen the film. Don’t expect any twists. This is literally it
A max original? After given a very limited release on the theaters! 😔
That's an insane situation. Geesh

Muchas ganas de ver esta película pero iré al cine.

Gave me chills
Don't think this was even released in Australia! If it was, there was zero promotion around it.
MAX Original? Don’t insult the legend you fools. Release it in the theatres.
Tony stonem ❤❤❤

" क्या हम कुछ कर सकते हैं ऑफिसर👨✈️ के लिए"???
Max original or was it in the movie unpromoted kicking dirt at Clint eastwood
"A MAX original film" LMAO what a joke
Yall did Clint dirty. Zero respect.
Just watched it and the ending was NOT IT 😩
No theatrical release over here at all looks like. For shame.
The British Actor invasion continues
Shameful treatment of a legendary filmmaker’s work
Ugh i feel Clint Eastwood could make such a better movie then this being his last one 😭
