    I just did the Chloe Ting 2024 Summer Shred. No equipment needed other than a mat and it's 26 days. She has another one coming up later this month too!

    Maybe you could do Sydney Cummings Summertime Fine? It is 90 days though I think, so a bit of a commitment. I was going to suggest turn your thoracic spine move into a thread the needle, but you already do! :)

    Abby Pollock on UA-cam got me to actually like lifting weights back in 2020 after I tried Chloe ting and hated it…she’s had some month long challenges in the past for free on UA-cam, but now she has her app with the videos on there

    You might need PT for your spine. I have degenerative disc disease and the same thing happens to me.

      I'm currently having a bad headachey pain day, and I think your comment just gave me the push to stop putting off going to the doctor 😭. I'm sure PT will help no matter what the issue is!
