First time on your channel, congrats! Your house looks lovely 😊 Edit: May I suggest you sprinkle some water on your cement floors before sweeping, cement dust is hectic on lungs. Also when sweeping your yard,consider a broom with long handle so you stand straight up whilst sweeping instead of being bent over,as constant bending like that will cause strain on your back/spine over time. There are those long handle brooms made of reed grass you can get all over SA markets that are great for yard sweeping

Sorry for me calling this out but I know from my own maternal grandmother who has spine issues and hers is related in how she grew up and they mostly swept floors with homemade shorter brooms like the one you are using for yard , and using farming hoe bent over for too long working the fields etc
