multiple swords/wings could also be very useful in stop motion
single piece wing/sword provides that perfect look of the sword/wing, meanwhile hinged wing/sword is used to animated the wing unfolding into the sword

Honestly, if legacy armada starscream have better QC, it would've been definitely on par with this figure, overall i think this figure is the best armada starscream of all time
