I have a graflex view camera, so I’m excited to try this. It’d be amazing to make panoramas on a 4x5!
Also, if you are really risk-loving, mounting the sensor and components in an existing body - say, a Fujifilm 645 rangefinder

Ah nice! Yeah for the 4x5 set up there is a commercially available sliding adapter so you could stitch the images together! They seem pretty cool. Another viewer mentioned they have the Fotodiox variant.
Haha if I ever came across one for sufficiently low cost I might be tempted to do the mod, but looking at photos it's very likely a permanent mod with a considerable amount of machining away required to match up the sensor to film.

Awesome!!! I also have a century graphic and the only thing I’ve adapted to it are older RB67 backs. What would it take to design an H series back plate to use hasselblad H backs on the century? Not that I think that Kodak Optar lens is any good but my Fujinon 4x5 lenses (125 and 210) might be neat to try.

It'd basically be the same concept. I believe with the size of 4x5 is even easier since you don't really have to worry about finding space. The other thing would be cutting the clip out of sheet metal like on the m645 mount.
If I ever get an H series back expect a video adapting that haha. I believe there is a commercially sold adapter online for 4x5 though ( if you look up 4x5 H series adapter on eBay you'll find a few).

@@Mr50mmish Yeah, I have the fotodiox sliding vertical back for 4x5 graflock. It's a real pain to use, but I can get a 240mpx 5 image stitch on my IQ280. It's insane. It's just a pain to use. It has a built in focusing screen on one side and a darkslide goes over it to shield out any stray light when you shoot each position.

@Ivandotjpeg ah nice! Haha atleast the built in screen sounds like it saves a bit of time swapping back and forth. I think I have seen that adapter online!
