Do you think these valve specs would work on the nc300 pretty much the same engine but with the big bore kit I’ve got a ssr300 I bought used and it’s a good bike just can’t find much info on it
hmm whats now the correct clearances ??? CSC says IN-0.06mm EX-0.08mm on the (EFI) engine.... BSE T6 in Russia says IN-0.10mm EX-0.15mm (Carb) AsiaWing says IN-0.15mm EX-0.17mm (Carb) so whats correct now ?????
My experience with the nc250 shows that CSC has it correct. I run my personal motors at .06mm on both intake and exhaust. I check them every thousand miles or so, and it has been fine. To me .15-.17mm seems like way too much clearance. I have run both EFI and Carb on the nc250 and it doesn't seem to make any difference.
Coming into this video literally years later but I appreciate the content. I'm having an issue where every hour or so of run time my valves are out of spec again. The nut on the adjuster is never loose though so I'm very confused as to what is causing the issue. Any thoughts on why this might be happening?
hi I own an Rx3 which has this engine. We here in Istanbul use 0,07 - 0,09 exhaust values. What do you think about that? and I'd like to learn how to replace the timing chain and the self adjusting piece for the timing chain (sorry dont know the english name for it). I'll be very grateful if anyone could help.
The new spec recomended by CSC is .06-.08mm. If you have set your clearance to .008" you have way too much clearance. If that was just a typo and your at .08mm which is .003" you are good to go. I haven't had any starting issues with my bike, but it has a carb instead of EFI.
Hello Chad, my question is, have you tried on your bike the FCR33 MX carb?. I did and it's really powerfull but, i don't figure this out yet, how do I connect the TPS on the CDI? Is there some how?? Please advice. Thanks.
Hey man quick question im planning on gettin this engine as a swap fo a dirt bike i have.. By any chance you know the top speed for this engine on ur bike. And is that a zs177mm/ 177mm engine?
Excellent video. Thank you.

What performance parts you used for this engine I'm looking for mines
Hola consulta, cual es la holgura de las válvulas del motor nc450? Gracias de antemano
I like .06mm intake and .08mm exhaust. You can also use .08 I and .10 E.

Hey Chad! I'm a Little confused, intake: 0.06mm and out: 0.08?. Is that the correct adjustment? Or should i left them at 0.06mm??

My bike with stock gearing tops out around 70MPH. It has the power to get to 80-85MPH with proper gearing.
hey sir can you show me your video for dirtbike engine change to nc 250?
