It looks like there may be a bug in the game. The weekly deal has been resetting daily. I’ve been able to purchase it 3 times now (80 chips for $5). This is worth the purchase as these hero’s are only available via the roulette wheel or the daily deals. There you pay $5 for a chance to get 10 hero fragments. Through the hope market deal package you are guaranteed the 10 hero fragments. This may be a game bug but it makes buying hero fragments through the hope market worth the $5 for 10 fragments cost.
