Rancho Texas Open again July 2021

We were lucky enough to be invited to Rancho Texas Lanzarote as they opened their doors again after being closed for over a year. Rancho Texas is one of the most popular attractions in Lanzarote and what was great to see is how well maintained the Lanzarote zoo has been kept and also despite all the problems in the world they have added even more things making this one of the best things to do in Lanzarote when on holiday.

We will show you around the whole park and a sneak peek at all the Rancho Texas shows including the dolphins, the sea lion show, and the Rancho Texas parrots. Not forgetting the bird of prey show also. The day was on June 30th, 2021, and was the first day open it was so good to be back at the Rancho Texas park to see all of the animals and take a swim in the pools and enjoy the water slides. We must remember that Rancho park in Lanzarote is more than just a zoo in Lanzarote it's also a mini Lanzarote waterpark too.

One of our most fav places on the planet ! The owner is such a gent he spotted us a few years running and said he would like to give my daughter a Christmas present when we bumped into him. An hour later she was swimming with the Dolphins. Superb we cant wait to go back :-)

It's a great place to spend the day. Last time we went, I took my son to do the sealion experience. He's high functioning autistic and I chatted with the staff beforehand and he loved it. They gave him the bit of time he needed to just get used to being there with the animals, but then he did everything else that everyone did during the experience. Bought the dvd and a couple of prints at the shop at the end of the day 😄 I really don't think I could rate the staff highly enough for that experience.
