When mad cow disease was in the news years ago Boston Market had some of their beef recalled and on the news they said the beef was all imported from Holland to Boston Market and some of that beef was infected. I never forgot that I don't eat there either.

Personally I'm getting conflicted about it, I would love the exposure for them but once on the show, you never know what will happen. Take Brita for example, a respected and fabulous queen getting so much hate after her run on the show.

9:23 People running with the idea of excluding women from feminine drag might want to rethink it. I have seen some conservative people comparing drag to black face. Of course it’s not the same thing. People who do female drag aren’t running anti female propaganda along side it. However, if women are included in drag, that lessens the comparison even more. Something to think about maybe? 🤷🏼♀️

I love the point you made Dixie about Janet the planet being paired up with SP. I felt just horrible for her that there may have been extra edits and she wouldn't be able to enjoy the show because of the circumstances. I was so focussed on Janet that I really was not aware at all dead SP was there. I honestly heard very clearly Janet speaking about herself that wasn't really aware of where the questions had come from. I think that she will easily be able to separate herself from SP and look at her success and be very proud. I'm sure she's receiving an enormous amount of love and respect from the viewers and I honestly feel that she came out a rock star in her own right. In regards to Jackie's dad, I was pleased to hear stories about Fathers supporting their LGBTQA+ kids. It's often assumed that the mother is the supportive parent but that isn't always the case. I can relate to that a lot. When I came out both parents struggled (being very conservative people) but in time my dad only cares that I'm happy where as my mother cries every time I mention it like I just announced I have an inoperable brain tumour..

@@shelbid6964 Not piping hot tea per se, but heres the story. Soju (from S11) has a youtube channel long before she got on drag race. She interviewed the drag race queens and did a weekly recap show live after the episodes. It was fun. People would tip them digitally and they would take shots. Her channel was pretty popular. Chan won her competition, Shot with SoWho, to become her one of her co-hosts. Thats how I found out about her. Dixie popped up from time to time as a guest on the show as well. After Soju got on the show, she moved from chicago to LA and was doing the drag race gigs. Chan and Dixie were literally my two favorite guests (started liking them more than Soju tbh...) Thats when they started IMHO. After a year or so, Soju started reinventing her youtube show and even started doing the recap shows again, but the views just arent there anymore. When I checked in after remembering about it, the comments just mention that shes begging for tips the entire time. The original premise was that if you tip, theyll shout you out and answer your questions with priority. Then it became she just demeaned anyone who "only" tipped a dollar. Now shes completely ignoring chats EXCEPT tipped ones. It's kinda sad. I don't watch her anymore but follow IMHO now.
