+Owen Brown Apologies for not replying sooner, we were not alerted to the fact you had commented on the video. We have since tweaked our Ejector design and the sliding headboard DOES completely clear the rear of the trailer, so you are left with a completely empty trailer 'wiped' clean by the rubber seals on the headboard. I can confirm the trailer in this video will hold approx. 20T of grain, and I think it was weighed in a little while ago with 24T of Chicken muck in it. We have also manufactured bigger ones for a different industry and aplication, these regularly carried over 30T. Hope that answers your question.
It doesn't eject all the way. What about the last 1ft of the material to be pushed out? So good up until that point.
