hello po. estimate nyo nalang po ending inventory naiwan as of dec 31, 2024. for example ukay ukay clothes quantity 100pcs unit price P30 total cost P3,000. Sworn declaration and yung USB flash drive or DVD-R soft copy ng inventory list. Try nyo din po baka pumayag RDO nyo na sworn declaration nalang na zero inventory since 8% naman po kayo.

Since retailer po required mag submit ng inventory list, sworn statement and ng USB or DVD-R soft copy ng inventory list. Pero try nyo po ask sa RDO nyo kung pwde ba sworn statement nlang na no inventory since 8% nonvat naman kayo, no financial statements din.

Kung required po and nasa FS nyo po yung raw materials na inventory, need nyo po isali sa inventory list. Pag wala naman FS required sir like if 8% gross income tax kayo or 3% percentage tax and using 40% OSD, suggest no inventory nalang sir kse wala rin naman ipagcocompare or imamatch si BIR to figures in your FS.

what about po kapag reseller at hindi kami ang original owner ng products? anong code ang dapat?
Naka display po ba mga products na to sa store nyo? Pag nasa physical store nyo po, CH po yung code, goods on consignment held by the taxpayer. Tapos ilagay sa remarks yung owner ng products.

Pwde po 1 inventory list lang po pagsama nyo lahat ng raw materials tapos sub total nalang then goods in process subtotal then grand total nyo po total inventory. 1 sworn statement lang din po. Since 8% po kayo wala naman required na financial statements. Try nyo po ask sa RDO nyo if okay lang na sworn statement lang with no inventory isusubmit. Pero better po pa rin to submit nalang list of inventory and sworn statement and USB or DVD-R soft copy ng inventory list.
