Wait if I get pure spring bottled water, put some river dirt and rocks put barely any water, just enough to cover the crayfish, grab maybe a pvc pipe and make some caves, and since the water is shallow then the crayfish can come up out of the water and get some air and if I change the water once or twice a week should my crayfish be good?
Even pure spring bottled water can be unsuitable for crayfish and fish. The easiest option for tank water is to just add a special solution from any pet store that turns any regular water into completely crayfish safe water. I would also recommend having a filter and a relatively large floor space. Other than that, you should be good.
