...This is something I have observed over years, whenever us president goes to another country, he MUST be met, hosted and and always be with and spend time with the head of state of that country. The hosting country is NOT allowed to provide anyone else other than the head of state of that country. BUT if the other country sends their president to the us, the us president can delegate to some one else to host them such as secretary of state. Infact, the secretary of state can travel to any country and still a must be met and hosted by that other country's head of state. WHY, WHY WHY? Because its the us???
