LOMA is my all time favorite fighter. His team is the best in the world as well. His mind state and attitude are beyond most other fighters. He will make history if he just stays the course.
One of his main reasons for been able to do what he does is the fact that he is really orthodox so his strongest hand is his right hand but he boxes south paw so he has his strongest foot forward witch enables him to be able to stop & pivot & turn & slip n move etc the way he does & be so quick with his counter strikes & his lead hook & then speed n accuracy with his jab etc. Whoever decided to do that with him was a genius 💯 for sure!!! As it went beautifully with his style of boxing & no downfalls to it at all & with him not been a power puncher so to speak 👊🏼 although if you look at his record you would think he was as he does have a lot of KO’s but what I mean is he was not a one punch KO man at all he got his KO’s through combination punches & landing ones his opponents did not see etc & him boxing south paw made that even more possible for him to do !! Amazing coaching and amazing boxer he truly is one of the best I’ve ever seen also usyk is from the same gym so like I said the coaches are shit HOT !!! they produce some beautiful boxing fighters 👊🏼👍🏻
@@maculikurkin4544 it depends on your coach, my coach will make me balance a coin in a thread, its purpose is for your hands to be stable and keep your mind focus. Then sometimes he make me stack upward bottle caps like 5 or 6 stacks of it so that my mind to be trained to be precise also focus. I thought its pretty useless but its actually work in sparring sessions.

Oh Floyd is the best defensive boxer in history. Probably the greatest boxer in history with Sugar Ray. Lomachenko is special though. Brain 2 seconds in front of opponent. Speed, accuracy, works all the angles , unbelievable foot work , in and out and the power to back it all up. This training vid shows the mad shit he gets up to. Not to mention holding his breath under water for 4 mins. Imagine how easy a 3 min round is for him!
