মাত্র তিনদিনেই মুদ্রা বিনিময় পদ্ধতিতে ৬০ কোটি ডলার নিয়েছে বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক। বিনিময়ে ৬,৫০০ কোটি টাকা ব্যাংকগুলোকে দিয়েছে কেন্দ্রীয় ব্যাংক। এতে রিজার্ভ কিছুটা বাড়লেও মূল্যস্ফীতির চাপ বাড়ার আশঙ্কা করা হচ্ছে।

Bangladesh Bank should be very much careful otherwise these Banks may misuse the Dollars and may be smuggled out of Bangladesh. Only for import of essential items these Dollars in the Private Banks can be used.. otherwise the Foreign currency reserves may be affected in future.
মোদ্দাকথা হচ্ছে, ডলারের দাম বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক এখনো অনেক চেপে রাখার কারনে বাণিজ্যিক ব্যাংকগুলো নিজেদের অর্থের সংস্থানের জন্য বিভিন্ন উপায়ের মধ্যে একটি উপায় হিসেবে কারেন্সি সোয়াপে অংশ নিচ্ছে। এতে করে অর্থনীতিরি ভয়াবহ অবস্থাকেই নির্দেশ করে।

ডলারের বিনিময়ে যদি টাকা দিলে এত মূল্যস্ফীতি হয় তাহলে ডলার বেঁচে টাকা যখন ভল্টে চলে গেলো তখন তো মূল্যস্ফীতি কোমর কথা, কমেনি কেন? মূল্যস্ফীতি বাড়ে মানুষের ক্রয় ক্ষমতা বাড়লে বা স্বল্প সুদে মানুষ টাকা পেলে বা সরকার বেশি বেশি টাকা খরচ করলে। ব্যাংকের টাকা বাড়লে নয় । ব্যাংক যদি এই টাকা স্বল্প সুধে না দেয় তাহলে মানুষ পাবে কিভাবে?
