OH! I forgot an important detail that may make some eyebrows raise. For Saturday, we had a three-way tie for the round robin between the top 3 (a player dropped out of top 4), so we did a repeat and got the exact same result. It was talked about on stream, but I had to mute the audio because it was baaaaad. So, if anything, the Hasbro stadium is consistent.

Don't be too excited. They slightly changed the shape of the stadium which ipedes the use of the X-line.

Everyone was cranking launchers, I tried my best to teach em all that they didn't have to, but we did have a few worn-out rip cords by the end.

The stadium is smaller, that means that stationnary combos are even more in danger
This also puts fast Attack combos at a higher risk too

I think they’ll release the standard size stadium along with cobalt drake. I think this is just a variation they’re possibly testing out.
One thing I heard about Tusk Mammoth is that if you look under the blade, you'll see that one of the sides has 1 weight meaning it's unbalanced. Most likely can explain the stamina.

At least in the Hasbro stadium, we won't be seeing beys getting stuck on top of the Xtreme Line indents.
Oh we saw that happen, a few times actually.
I may not have seen it in person but I can definitely see. The clip points are just as easy to get stuck onto with the tips, just as wide just as grabby. At this point I'm starting to think/worry it's "a design feature"
Even if the stadium is smaller it's still chaotic!!!

Not liking the sharper curve befoe the Xtreme line indentation, looks like Flat tips bounce off instead of riding the line a bit too often.
I'm wondering if that's cause there spinning them as fast as possible or due to that huge curve like u said I think I'd need to try it myself to judge. But glad I imported my stadium. Even if the shipping was 70 bucks I only paid 10 bucks for the stadium. Got so lucky on that sale at rcmart everything was 50 percent off.
I feel like Hasbro will eventually release the Takara stadium as well, but as part of another starter set further down the line. Perhaps as part of the UX release.

Guys this stadium is not it. I’ve seen some extreme moves in battle on the TT stadium, like beys falling in pockets and coming back out for a surprise burst win or beys somehow spinning on top of the stadium and diving back in. That’s the excitement that is missing with these stadiums and that is a real tragedy
That's gonna be down to personal taste. That excitement element is fun and a lot of people will miss that, but I also know people who haaaaate that the TT stadium does that cause it makes judge calling so much more annoying to do and the stadium less competitive.

I honestly think this stadium design makes defense types a more viable option, as there is more incentive to stay in the stadium with needle tips and the like and not focus purely on stamina.
Yeah but the thing is defense tips like needle aren’t really much better at staying in the stadium. If anything this just encourages more ball based gameplay

The size of the stadium and the shape of it seems to make the Extreme line defective. I barely seen any battle here where it barely worked as intended.
If you try for it, you get it pretty easily. A lot of this footage is of people's first time trying any Beyblade X after all.
@giraton1 even that said, i've seen newbies trying beyblade X here in Philippines for the first time and i've seen many who consistently able to use the extreme line. Maybe the hasbro stadium can indeed make it work, but by just this Video Sample in a vacuum, it seems it barely work.

I think so, the smaller area has, in my testing so far, made for more contact!

I hate hearing them use incorrect terminology... can we say go shoot? Can we say over finish and refer to the pits as over zones? They aren't called pockets.
A. Let It Rip has been the correct terminology for English players for over 20 years. I'm not gonna stop saying it, lol. Plus, it's better as a term since it naturally gives a better window of launch time (if people would STOP LAUNCHING ON ONE!). That being said, I do use Go Shoot from time to time to keep peeps on thwir toes lol.
B. Pockets is just easier to say that Over Zones and makes more sense to the layman's, and we are dealing with a LOT of newcomers all the time.
My brother in christ this is a game about hitting children's toys together being played in English. 'Go Shoot' and 'over finish' are wasei-eigo Japanese idioms that aren't part of our language.
of course the beyblade newbie comes here to assert against something that was already part of history.
