"Phagoosi" is local name of recipe, its rare and unique as this is available only in desert, women cooked it with a unique way, taste was like moringa, this family living in Punjab on the edge of Cholistan Desert, they cut down these flowers during March and April then dry in sunlight and collect & preserve for long time, they raise cattle, goat and sheep, as in this video they make tea of goat milk and taste was so rich,
