Isn’t ASAP rocky from New York and influenced by the southern side of hip hop hence his over usage of lean and southish style? Isn’t Travis from Houston Texas? Like one of the most southern places in America ?? Something ain’t adding up here 🤔
Rocky was putting out dirty south inspired hits since before Travis was even heard of.. In the clip, they're talking about rumors that Travis was copying Rocky's fashion style and probably hair style too. And Travis did dress very similar to him during that time. Remember, Rocky influenced the whole hip hop scene with his clothing style and aesthetic since the beginning of the 2010's. Idk if Trav really copied him, but Rocky did do it first.
Rocky said in his track Palace "influenced by Houston hear it in my music". Maybe he was inspired by Texas rappers?
