Yep those belted F#5's in The Feels is a high note. Knock Knock & TT maybe aren't considered that high but it's the climatic notes of the songs & it's sustained. Just like the B4 in BP's Lovesick Girls by Jisoo at the bridge, it's not that high at all but, the choruses are even higher but people called Jisoo's B4 as a high note just bcs it's the climatic part of the song.
