Momma Bear Saves Cub From Drowning

Momma Black Bear and her cubs swimming across a lake in British Columbia Canada. One cub goes under the water and disappears. Mom swims in circles looking down into the water for it just as it bobs back up and scrambles up on to momma's back. Had me just about to jump in the water after the cub when it went under. Thankfully everything worked out fine. Strong little cubs are great swimmers and man they have strong vocal cords too lol. Excellent mother, black bears are so intelligent. She gave them a brief little rest once they were both safely out of the water but was aware of time and not to let them stay too long around people so moved them along, smelling as she went, so smart and quick thinking. They are completely dependent on her. Great video, really highlights how amazing these animals are.
