Right now I’m riding a 22 kx250 that a had a stiff set of 48mm forks on it that I ended up sending out to get some comfort with. Did the new 49mm forks feel harsh or like you would want a revalve/different spring rate for comfort or were they good enough as is?
Great question! Even with the 49mm spring in the Showa forks, the suspension really feels plush ad not so chattery. As for comfort, the new chassis and suspension set up is a very comfortable combo. Additionally this new KX model turns effortlessly and still tracks well down straights. Thanks for asking, Will
Some of these testers are never had all we happy in the days of KTM only manufacturer to have a hydraulic clutch, is this bike doesn't have a hydraulic clutch Like KTM it was just being compared to the orange bike Now it's got one they like the cable clutch the kx revved like the sxf but now the bottom - mid has been improved it has to be the best bike on the market
It's true, this hydraulic clutch on the 2025 KX250 has a great connected feel to the motor and it's buttery smooth. As for it being the best bike on the market, it's definitely a contender but rider preference is all subjective. Thanks for your comment! -Will
@@ultimatemotorcycling Must be a great job testing all the new bikes I can't wait for the review of the new Triumph TF 450 RC if your channel gets one could they ask for the AKRAPOVIC EXHAUST to go with it
Kawi hasn't released that information but I will do some investigation to see what that number is. I'll reply when I get that info. Thanks for asking! -Will
Ok so I did some investigation and asked the guys at Kawi, however Kawi does not release those numbers for their Off-road and MX models. I'm not exactly sure of the reason but at the end of the day, horsepower is not the most important factor in off-road / mx applications. If you are racing in the 250 class and looking for the most power output right off the showroom floor, go with the Yamaha YZ250F. As for comfort, ride ability and useable power the 2025 KX250 is a gem.
Hahaha I totally get it and sorry about that. But technically, after Kawi stopped producing 2-strokes they dropped the F from the 4-stroke model names. -Will
Nice review 👍🏻
Thank you! I have a lot of fun but most importantly we at UMC want to bring you some useful information. Happy riding:)

I had to look at the header in the thumbnail when I read, "KX250"
C'mon, don't do me like that
