Easy homemade sweet treat recipe
Ingredients:
400ml milk
50gm cornstarch
150ml condensed milk
500gm mixed fruit jam
50gm cornstarch
50ml water
100gm coconut powder (for coating)
Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine milk, cornstarch, and condensed milk. Mix well.
Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens.
Grease a 6x6 inch pan with half a teaspoon of oil.
Pour the thickened milk mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly.
In another bowl, mix cornstarch, water, and mixed fruit jam until smooth.
Cook the jam mixture over medium-low heat until it thickens, stirring constantly.
Pour the thickened jam mixture evenly over the milk layer in the pan.
Cover the pan with cling wrap and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 10 hours.
After refrigeration, remove the pan from the fridge and gently unmold the sweet onto the coconut powder.
Cut the sweet into small pieces and serve. Enjoy your homemade sweet treat!
