OMG Steph - LOVED the magnetic frame. Had to go looking while watching you guys. Found that they are made in the Ukraine but did locate a local store in UK selling them ... Not used this store before so fingers crossed this works as I have a few Mill Hill kits to do but like you have to give them a rest as so hard to hold in hand. Now I have ordered a 15x15 and 10x10 :D - Thank you for sharing that great IDEA>

I’m trying to catch up with you before I go into work today. Steph I literally bought myself one of those frames from Etsy from a vendor in the Ukraine and it arrived last week. It is perfect!!! I was at a stitching day on Saturday and it got a lot of attention. I love doing Mill Hills too. Enjoy your week!

Dear Pam & Steph, I am a quilter who is relatively new to cross stitch but ABSOLUTELY ADDICTED - just love it. Loving your flosstubes - and I’ve started to work through your ‘back catalogue’ of videos. I’ve been looking for some coastal/maritime/beachy charts. I’ve noticed that Pam does some fantastic ones - often ones I’ve not seen before. So this is a fan request: please could Pam do a section on ‘Pam’s Top Twenty Coastal Themed Charts’. Please please. I’d obviously hope for a jingle/sound effect to go with it…No pressure. You’d make a fan very very happy, Steph from Northern England xxx

So much fun as usual. I was so excited when I saw Steph pull out. Cardinal kin because I bought it too. I thought the chart was cute when I first saw it, but the color way with the silks? My jaw dropped.

I too use the spinning wheel. Currently I have 4 wheels. "Old wips, 2023 wips,2024 wips, and new starts" when I spin each wheel I write it down on my dry erase board. Then I spend as much time on a project as I want. When all categories have been touched I spin all again. This way I'm not tied down. I have 1 rule. If I'm, not feeling a project I put in at least 3 lengths of floss before I move on. And of course once I start something I move it to the appropriate wheel. After I spin I hide the slice on the wheel so I go through them all at least once. This suits me to a tee. Thanks for a great video❤❤😊

Finally! Waiting and waiting for your Nutcracker Sel. Thought you had given up. I decided to start mine on July 1. Do not think I am half done. Doing mine on latte, fiber on a whim, from keepsakes. White not showing up too well but trudging along. Fun! Hope to finish by August but not sure. Will love to see your progress. I started questioning myself whether i heard earlier in the show that there was a finish, then you guys moved to the haul and I was yelling at the screen "Hey, you forgot the finish" . Hi there! Well, it took me longer than usual to watch your episode today but that is because I was getting started on my #TPPNutcrackerSAL! I am using 36 count Tephra by Cedar River Linen. The DMC 3047 and the Ecru are a bit ghostly after doing test swatches, but I think they will work since many areas are surrounded by darker color stitches. I am starting in the middle with the tree in the pot. I got my first row in and I am officially started! I’m excited to see your start Pam! Steph, love the baseball Mill Hill WIP! Your Suffrage Act is great too! This is a very appropriate project for this time in light of the events over the weekend! Voting is very important this election! O90It was wonderful to see Mac too! He is.a pistol! Love you! Stay cool!

For my Mill Hills, I just turn the whole paper on its head and stitch directly from the other side - the stitches still go in the same direction as before!

Growing up I LOVED that show and wanted to go to this adventure filled park - my parents told me it was just tv and NOT a real park 🤦♀️ I hear Pam say ‘Hanna Barbera’ and now I’m thinking about that some people I know didn’t want to take a drive from the East Coast… Happy Stitching!

The song is " Ill be home for Christmas " 😅 cause why would you want to leave your home right at Christmas? Steph i ❤ that baseball piece and your pretty nail colour. When we had the close up visit of Mac the cat his eyes look gold to me! Also his fur seems the same colour as Pams...hair! Was that planned? Your wearing a pretty shade of lip Pam. There are bits i like about the Nutcracker except the dinky tree. Having seen the ballet many times the tree was a show stopper, usually huge! Tyfs 🩷

Not knowing where you live...we have heard good and bad about Michael's, Hobby Lobby, etc. We take ours to someone who is knowledgeable about framing needlework. A must! Our framers are L&M Framing or Craft Gallery. Both are in Ohio.

Hi Pam and Steph, the Christmas Village shops in your book have been sold individually from Mill Hill over the last 18 years or so. There are around 25 houses and shops. I am currently stitching 12 of them together on one piece of fabric, inspired by a couple of flosstubers who have done the same.
