Bro tell me how did you get Shin Evil Ryu? What is the difference between normal Evil R and Shin version? I guess that would be the health & damage. But there has to be another visual difference. Shin Evil Ryu can spam fire Hadouken but normal one cannot? What is the mod? How did u get this shirtless skin??!!! So many unanswered questions!!!!
There are some special files you must use for activating Shin Evil Ryu but unfortunately I don't have those files any more! Shin Evil Ryu has faster recovery time from attacks and can attack during his invincible teleport(Ashura Senku)also his Raging Demon special move can be combined with any attack even if the opponent blocks it(which is very cheap) so there's no escape if that happens!
