I really like to watch your videos and to read the commentary section, because, just like u, the viewers say their own honest opinion, being good or bad. A LOT of reactors overreact and everyone in the comments just say good this about every song, but, like, i don't think is that usual everybody likes every song of every artist. I think here we kinda feel comfortable to be honest and not being that judged about our own opinion...
But I also respect those UA-camr who gave their over reaction because most of them do really anticipated this come back so the hype might got to them. Do you have any group that you really like and you always look for UA-camrs reaction to them? I'm pretty sure that you will also enjoy if the UA-camr also like the music video. Part of the UA-camr job is to be an Entertainer, they get more views from people who like there ideas. But im not saying that i hate critical reviews, I think it's so much better than UA-camr watching on screen not moving the entire music video, and gave their opinion 15 second after the video end😊 Ps. Also most of us have simple taste of music that enjoy most pop songs with great production quality♡

I am not a blink, but i do keep up with blackpink comebacks. I feel like this song was an okay choice for a pre-release comeback single. Had it been their actual comeback single I think fans would be more disappointed. The reason why I can never get into Blackpink is their songs leave me wanting more and I never feel satisfied with the song. Its strange their songs feel incomplete. Despite being amazing performers, YG gives the girls songs that though have great production but are lack-luster in the lyrics department. And YG applies the same formula to each song, verses, rap, verses, chorus, dance break at the end. it doesn't leave the fans with any new suprise. But again this was just a pre-release single so I hope it gets better. I also don't like how YG treats blinks. Their excuse for not giving the girls a comeback is to produce quality music. I get it but most groups that do comeback multiple times in a year come with good quality music, whether it be Red Velvet, Twice, Gfriend, BTS, NCT etc. YG manipulates fans by not giving the girls a comeback, and coming back a year with a song thats more dance heavy than lyric heavy. @Dr Tf Hmm I assure you the reason why I'm not satisfied isn't because the song is "too good". I respect your opinion and I get it you enjoy Blackpink's music. As I said it was not a bad song. My issue with Blackpink has to do more with the company and less with the girls. Its because despite not being a fan I can see their potential being wasted. Also Twice and Red Velvet don't have "girly music" lol Twice has changed their concept many times since last year and Red velvet have two sides, the sweet and dark side. These groups are also making art hence they are part of the top girl groups in Korea. I understand quality over quantity matters, but when a group comes back with a 2:50 song after a year... it's just shocking that YG took so long to make this song.

these things are very normal to me as the fandom itself stream the song especially it comes from bigger groups such as twice, bp, bts, rv, etc. freezing views is very normal here. antis of each group attacking each other. you will get yourself tired after scrolling those bad comments and report them (it's no use tho. they will keep coming). save your time and just stream on your own fav groups.

I, unfortunately, didn't like HYLT that much... Idk. I already listen the song few time in a row and just... kinda nothing. I just liked more the beginning, Jennie and jisoo parts. The song sounds kinda flat and empty for me. However, i reeeally liked the mv, especially the Jisoo's scenes. All of them are gorgeous. I was really expecting to see their pink side in this cb. Listening to it multiple times might help. Some songs don't draw you towards them for the first one two times but only after listening to them again and again.

Dreamcatcher is probably one of the most unique Gg that I know of with their horror concept and their nightmare and lucid dreams storylines. Their discography are also so diverse and different. It's such a shame that all bp's songs are produced by someone else. Akmu, Big Bang, iKon, Winner, they all produce their own songs, so I really don't understand why YG wouldn't allow BP to slowly take over the producing of their own songs. They could learn it gradually instead of making them models in magazine or fashion shows

It’s not the weakest though, I personally think Kill This Love was their weakest song. Very little lines in the chorus, very short bass line in the chorus, and the repetitive horn instrument (idk what instrument that was). Although I also feel like How You Like That was a bit empty in the first half of the choruses (minimalist instrumental and the choppy lines).

at first I was kinda disappointed but damn the song is growing on me. It's so beautiful and AMAZING. I love the starting especially. The emotional verses of Jennie, Jisoo, and Rosé. I love the chorus too. The looks are bomb. However I wish we got a Jennie rap and Lisa dance. Anyway it's okay we have more to look forward to. There'll be the title track around August or July. This was only the pre release. Also we get a full album in September. The Queens slayed as always. But I have to say KTL and DDD4 is more catchy. Still love HYLT !!! SOTY 💃🔥😍🤯

A reactor has it’s own style of how he/she react to a certain video. Some reactors only react to what they’ve listened and by not looking on the lyrics. If they like repetitive lines on the song, that’s their preference. If they like onomatopoeia, that’s their preference. If they like the empty chorus, that’s their preference. First of all, the M/V is DOPE AF. I really like it. I also like the song, definitely blackpink style but I expected more on the chorus part. Well, in my case, I always preferred the other songs in their album more than the major track or song with M/V. 'Cause I like 'Forever Young', 'Really' and 'See you later' more than 'DDDD' and I like 'Don't Know What To Do', 'Kick it' and 'Hope Not' more than 'KTL'. Haha. Overall I love this song. I think it's sick. I'm really happy with their comeback! Can't wait for the full album!
They don't have the stamina and the voice for it, you know, kpop is structured in such a way that you perform live and have to show yourself perfectly, but you also have to dance bp is a group that's not that strong live, lisa can only rap well, so she also has a rapper accordingly voice jennie is also a rapper although sometimes also takes over normal voc areas, which she doesn't really master live but jisoo has a strong power, but not enough for everyone and rosé has this golden voice, but it can't go too high that's what jisoo comes up with the stage has no aesthetics jennie has no stamina rosé and lisa are good in that respect yes and the chorus part is of course not filled with so much singing actually never because they wouldn't make it
I'm not disappointed though the song is still good its just that i was expecting more ;') But this isnt over yet! They will release a 2nd single, a full album and solos from the members 😭❤️❤️

I am not a blink, but i do keep up with blackpink comebacks. I feel like this song was an okay choice for a pre-release comeback single. Had it been their actual comeback single I think fans would be more disappointed. The reason why I can never get into Blackpink is their songs leave me wanting more and I never feel satisfied with the song. Its strange their songs feel incomplete. Despite being amazing performers, YG gives the girls songs that though have great production but are lack-luster in the lyrics department. And YG applies the same formula to each song, verses, rap, verses, chorus, dance break at the end. it doesn't leave the fans with any new suprise. But again this was just a pre-release single so I hope it gets better. I also don't like how YG treats blinks. Their excuse for not giving the girls a comeback is to produce quality music. I get it but most groups that do comeback multiple times in a year come with good quality music, whether it be Red Velvet, Twice, Gfriend, BTS, NCT etc. YG manipulates fans by not giving the girls a comeback, and coming back a year with a song thats more dance heavy than lyric heavy. My issue with Blackpink has to do more with the company and less with the girls. Its because despite not being a fan I can see their potential being wasted. Also Twice and Red Velvet don't have "girly music" lol Twice has changed their concept many times since last year and Red velvet have two sides, the sweet and dark side. These groups are also making art hence they are part of the top girl groups in Korea. Dreamcatcher is probably one of the most unique Gg that I know of with their horror concept and their nightmare and lucid dreams storylines. Their discography are also so diverse and different.
It's such a shame that all bp's songs are produced by someone else. Akmu, Big Bang, iKon, Winner, they all produce their own songs, so I really don't understand why YG wouldn't allow BP to slowly take over the producing of their own songs. It’s not the weakest though, I personally think Kill This Love was their weakest song. Very little lines in the chorus, very short bass line in the chorus, and the repetitive horn instrument (idk what instrument that was). Although I also feel like How You Like That was a bit empty in the first half of the choruses (minimalist instrumental and the choppy lines).

Why do people in this comment section always say that other reactors are fake because they’re hyping at the song? I mean not defending them (reactors) or the Blackpink’s song but it’s their preference. If they like the song, they’re gonna be hyped on it. A reactor has it’s own style of how he/she react to a certain video. Some reactors only react to what they’ve listened and by not looking on the lyrics. If they like repetitive lines on the song, that’s their preference. If they like onomatopoeia, that’s their preference. If they like the empty chorus, that’s their preference. If they like the beat/flow of the song, that’s their preference. If you don’t like the song, it’s fine but don’t tell everybody not to like the song and tell negative comments on those people who loved the song because we don’t have the same preference. That’s why God gave each person a brain and heart, to feel and think different from others. That’s literally “mind your own business.”
Well maybe because majority of the fans (blinks) AND non fans are saying that’s it’s underwhelming, whereas these reactors are saying it’s really amazing because they’re on screen. First Listen: Kind of disappointed and surprised that it's not as 'hard hitting' like most BP songs (and the "bird and plane" lyric was so random 😂)
Second Listen: For some reason, the song reminded me of old KPOP, ex: 2ne1 and their song Fire.
Third Listen: Its not as bad anymore and I love the "emotional" verses and Lisa's rap
Fourth Listen: I have no idea now. It sounds like the chorus of HULT is the baby of 2ne1's 'Fire' and Oh my Girl's 'Dolphin'
Fifth Listen/Conclusion: It's not my favourite blackpink song or song in general, but it's a bop for sure 🙃

First of all, the M/V is DOPE AF. I really like it. I also like the song, definitely blackpink style but I expected more on the chorus part. Well, in my case, I always preferred the other songs in their album more than the major track or song with M/V. 'Cause I like 'Forever Young', 'Really' and 'See you later' more than 'DDDD' and I like 'Don't Know What To Do', 'Kick it' and 'Hope Not' more than 'KTL'. Haha.
Overall I love this song. I think it's sick. I'm really happy with their comeback! Can't wait for the full album!
They don't have the stamina and the voice for it, you know, kpop is structured in such a way that you perform live and have to show yourself perfectly, but you also have to dance bp is a group that's not that strong live, lisa can only rap well, so she also has a rapper accordingly voice jennie is also a rapper although sometimes also takes over normal voc areas, which she doesn't really master live but jisoo has a strong power, but not enough for everyone and rosé has this golden voice, but it can't go too high that's what jisoo comes up with the stage has no aesthetics jennie has no stamina rosé and lisa are good in that respect yes and the chorus part is of course not filled with so much singing actually never because they wouldn't make it
The reason they didnt give their all to HYLT is because they had LSG which is a super bop
For me this song is like a safe song. They didnt take a risk to try something new and out of their league.

It sounds so familiar because it is their signature sound. You listen to their songs and immediately can say it's blackpink. Also i feel like this is a culmination of their previous releases, you can see elements from boombayah to d4 to ktl and they marred it into one. Also this is a pre-release single for their upcoming album and they have been gone for a year now i see why they went the same formula, they want people to remember their sound before they'd release their full album where they had worked with other producers other than their usual ones.
