In the 7th house, if saturn is posited (it's either 8th lord situated in 12th (bed pleasure/ loss) as per bhavat bhavam. For leo it can be 6th lord (most malefic) in 2nd to it (7th and maraka). Does aspect from benefic or functional malefic like jupiter nullifies bad effect or increase it (-ve -ve = +) or can we surely say that most of the prarabdh karma enemy, illness, debt will come from and after marriage?
Marriage is not only to be considered. Even a relationship is to be taken as an intimate bonding. The placement of Saturn in the 12th in both the cases will ease when it is aspected by Venus or conjunct with Jupiter.

This is as good as saying Venus the 7th lord is placed in the 6th house along with a retrograde Mercury the 8th lord in the 6th house. It will be difficult to sustain marriage for the first 5 years atleast. The dasha period of Venus/Mercury or Mercury/Venus will be challenging married life.
8th Lord in the Lagna gives rise to Deha Kasta Yoga wherein the native might face a lot of obstacles in his regular day to day life. With regard to the married life, this presence of the 8th lord might create ego & prejudice in the native's mind which may be a negative factor for married life.

Have posted another video on the effects of various planets over the 8th house, when they are placed in it, w.r.t marriage. The placement of Rahu in the 8th house in your chart and the combustion of the 8th lord (Jupiter with Sun in virgo) gives rise to a tough time in achievements. Also the conjunction of Mars the 7th lord with Ketu in the 2nd house makes the 7th house weak.
What if Jupiter and Venus conjunction in 12th house for Virgo ascendent ? Since Venus is considered good in 12th house, but 7th lord is 6th from own house.
For a Virgo ascendant when Jupiter and Venus are conjunct in the 12th house it is considered good for achievements abroad in intellectual pursuits. But, as you have mentioned, the 7th lord in the 6th from it (Jupiter) and conjunct with Venus will spoil this house with regard to family life.
