@@nadiaali3202 yes...i ate less amount of food...and drink lots of water... avoid junk food...fast food...packed items like chips kurkure etc....and eat only green vegetables...salad ,,fruits,,,eggs for protein...daliya,,,oats,,,soup,,,and chapati.. i totally avoid rice.. such things i did...i hope u get your point 😊😊😊

I'm 60yrs..unfit but wow!.... I managed 10mins of this workout... Tnx to ur easy moves. Really good. ❤️❤️❤️
Even when I started I could keep up for 12 minutes.. then it became 25 minutes and now I can do the whole 30 minutes without losing energy. These moves are really good for those who want to start somewhere but don't have much stamina... You can stop wherever you need and do the cool down.. and I like the fact that jumping is minimal.
