This video is 100% accurate. I've been researching instinct and flow state in football Everything said in this video is correct. Anyone who hasn't achieved their instinct you have not been working consistently or hard enough.
Few seconds in and I'm hearing straight facts. I consider myself a really good dribbler from years of playing FIFA street 4, but the cleanest skills I've ever pulled off came from confidence and instinct. I've never even performed the skills before, I was just having fun and they happened in an instant
I remember when I first played against a group of players I was able to play openly, but the more I played the more they new how I played it became harder and I struggled.
I just started playing football. I used to play ice hockey. I find that when I pull of moves in ice hockey, it's really easy and I don't have to think about it. But with football, it all feels forced and I can't do it naturally. Any tips?
It will come as time passes, like in ice hockey its easy because youre used to it, its pure instinct, but you just started football, so do instinct drills like ball mastery and full intent dribbling, since unlocking instinct takes a lot of consistency.
Hi Fervi, I wanted to talk about a factor that is slowing me down. Recently I have gotten an offer from the Sevilla FC U13 team. I am having tryouts on october 30th. I have quite a few problems that are holding me back, when I am being pressured, I panic and make a bad pass, conceding the ball to the opponents. What can I do to fix this? I am uncertain on what position I want to be. In another of your videos you said "Scouts don't care about versatility." I am good at everything, but I am more exceptional on shooting, passing, and defending (defending not as much as shooting and passing), what position should I play? Please help bro❤
First of all congrats on getting a trial from Sevilla FC U13. For the pressure issue, small-sided games will help improve your decision-making and build confidence over time, so stay patient. Also, work on scanning the field before receiving the ball to know your options. As for your position, it's flexible at your age. If you enjoy scoring and creating opportunities, try playing striker or winger. You’ve got time to figure it out don't worry.
Players are still highly engaged mentally and physically, but they’ve trained to stay calm and maintain their technique even in high pressure situations.
@@FerviFootball i had a game yesterday and 2 defenders marked me the whole game and they were 1 age group above me, and worst of all my left back would not overlap so do u have any tips in those situations
@HoldThisLForMePlease If two defenders are marking you, then one of them isn't marking one of your teammates. So, you just have to keep the ball and pass to the guy who is free.

It works for basically anything. Whats crazy is the fact that once you realize your in the flow, you actually get out of it lol.

Keep playing and with time you'll get used to it

Would you say that every dribbler when dribbling even at high speeds they are always relaxed?
