Opening of Prime Television Canberra, March 1989

The first broadcast of Prime Television (now known as Prime7) in Canberra Australia, 12 midnight Friday 31st March 1989. This was the first stage of television aggregation whereby rural areas received the same television programming as the capital cities. At the same time WIN Television started in Canberra.
