I think it's synthwave. Because of the pink on black colors, the grid patterns, the 8bit game sfx, and the arcade themed music.
Vaporwave is know be the pastel color pallet, the culture and technology of the 80s 90s like the logo of softwares and trademarks of the epoch, without focusing so much in the games and movies, sometimes japanese references and text
Whatever it is it's the only thing in this game that made my eyes hurt
I love how this used to be hard and now we have, "last tile" and "you're a born survivor"
I had so much trouble with interlaced
But oddly I beat last tile first try
Born survivor isn't that hard for me
Shirobon's tracks are always hard (even though I S-ranked both versions of La Danse Macabre)

I don't care what anyone says about Cool Friends, this level and Clash are the hardest levels.
This Side Up Termination shock is the only hard level in my opinion xd
Clash is kinda eazy
Cool Friends, Vindicate Me, and Termination Shock are some of the hardest levels.
Cool Friends is just a painful death run comprised of death machines and the most horrific sounds.
Vindicate Me should replace Try This in the last level, it's much more harder with those going-tiny-then-expanding-out crosses, which Cool Friends had.
Termination Shock is the most claustrophobic and scary level in all of JS&B. Those hill-spikes absolutely WRECK if you're near the 3rd or 4th stage!
TotallySolar vindicate me is actually one of the easiest in my opinion

I died so many times playing this level, probably the most in this than any other level due to me not realizing I was too close to the bottom and side 80s vaperwave aesthetic lines during the end and middle section. And it's all because there are so many distractions in this level compared to the others. I found this harder than cool friends.
The level looks like something from 80s.
I feel like this level is the spiritual successor to Termination Shock

I absolutely hated this level because my PC was garbage and on the last part, it was lagging really hard and the walls still came out at the same time as the music, which was normal speed, meaning that the walls were very close together.
