Переделка - это здорово, когда качественная ткань и её жалко выбрасывать. Но мне нравится работать более аккуратно, разглаживая ткань. А вообще идея хороша.

Sorry to disagree but it seems to me, a lifetime sewist and teacher, that you know very little about sewing or sewing machines. No comparison of sewing machines can be made by testing just 3 machines. The so-called ‘top 3 brands’ you covered are not the best quality and are just a fraction of the brands of machine available. A video claiming to recommend the ‘best machine’ needs to cover far more machines and conduct more intensive tests than just 3. You failed to mention that there are many 4-step buttonhole machines, or the alternative is the fully-automatic machine. The implication was that one machine was better than another because of that feature but that’s like comparing apples and pears. A fair test should have compared like-for-like. The advice you gave about tension was incorrect. The video showed you turning the tension to zero when very little adjustment is required when sewing any type of fabric. Nor are any of them recommended for beginners due to the lack of easy to use features, nor features a learner can grow into. You can’t make a video on the ‘Best sewing machine’ without testing a wide variety of machines including the high quality brands of Husqvarna, Pfaff and of course Juki. I was astounded that you recommend the Singer HD4423 as the best. In my circles, it’s regarded as one of the worst machines ever made, and certainly not a ‘heavy duty’ machine. It’s extremely loud, vibrates like a tractor dragging a sack-full of rusty spanners, and has very little foot control. It does not cope well with more than a few layers of fabric. I’ve sewn 12 layers of denim with a lesser-priced and far-more pleasant to use machine. In fact, modern Singers are to be avoided at all costs. The Singer name is now just a badge and bears no relation to the great machines made until the 1970’s. There are far better built machines at lower cost and my recommendation to a beginner would be to go to a bricks & mortar shop who sell a wide variety of brands, including Husqvarna, Pfaff & Juki mentioned above, plus Alfa, Silver, Britannia, Elna and many more. Only by talking to the experienced and knowledgable staff, and testing out many machines for themselves, will they be able to choose the best machine for their needs.
