Bit of a life update »
Hey guys! So if you're following my mad ramblings on Facebook, and if you're not then you should be, you'll know I have a lot of things going on at the moment. I just wanted to give you a heads up about what's happening right now and over the next few weeks in case I disappear at any point!
Last week I was feeling pretty uninspired and didn't like the outcome of the things I was filming and as you know I won't just upload something just for the sake of it. So I'm sorry for the lack of a video last week but I hope you understand! Now I'm currently ill, as you can tell by my voice, haha! But hopefully that will pass soon and I'll be able to get on with filming all of my Halloween videos! However, at some point in the next few weeks I am going to be having surgery and having all my wisdom teeth extracted. My dentist tells me I'm going to be KO'd for two weeks afterwards and feeling pretty shitty so I'm going to do my best to get lots of videos filmed and blog posts written for when that happens and hopefully you won't notice a thing. :)
We have some exciting things going on at the Em-pire though. I'm kicking off my second channel really soon, working on some huge projects and hopefully going to be uploading a lot more from now on (once I get ahead of course).
So thank you so much for being awesome. You're honestly the best audience on UA-cam and that isn't even an exaggeration. No one's got a family quite like the Pickles family. Stay awesome lovelies! ^_^

I never thought anybody could pull off such dark makeup with a black lip, but it looks absolutely amazing on you!
This is so up my alley you have no idea! I love adding little 3D bits to my makeup, especially spikes (which I did the other day). It's just the cherry on top of an awesome makeup look. I know what you mean about the sticky tape method, I spend so long trying to get the tape stuck at the right angle and then it comes off or isn't even on both sides anyway. I find it better to use a tissue or freehand although I do really like the crisp line sometimes.

Emma Pickles I use spikes from Born Pretty Store which you can find here bit.ly/ihBHUJ They have free international shipping and are reasonably priced. I have a code for 10% off if you want and it's "MIHW10" I use the 6mm spikes and the 3mm smaller ones and they come in gold and silver. You just search for spikes or nail art spikes and they're easy to find. I don't wear it all the time because of my oily skin it makes me breakout really bad but when i do I either can someone else to do it if I want something not natural Because I find natural make-up easier to do and less to stuff up

I bet it does and it's such a bummer because I am sure a lot of girls just buy things which are terrible for them just to try and fit in! I tried the Urban decay palettes all of the nakeds and they are not my favorite people are like what you don't love them! I am like nope but, I do really like a lot of their seperate shadows like zodiac space cowboy ect. I just can't see spending $52 to look nude boring lol! I for one really appreciate honesty!
